Gullie was bred by us (Ch Fivevalleys Grenadier x Ch Barrenger Devil’s Snuffbox). He has had a fantastic show career winning 22 Challenge Certificates and the Hound Group at Bath together with other Group placings. He was top winning Basset Hound in 1999 & 2001 and as a veteran he won the Dog CC at CRUFTS in 2005! He has sired some nice hounds including res CC winners- Barrenger Rowan Berry and Brackenacre Resolution (bred by Marianne & Jim Nixon). Gullie has now retired.
Morgan was bred by Mrs Gill Sawyer (Barrenger Double Demon x Silver Ghost) and was born just two weeks after the sudden death of his much loved father, ‘Mr Bear’. He has been shown lightly as he just hates to be made to stand still but has won several firsts at championship shows together a Best Puppy in Group and Best dog puppy on several occasions. He is great fun to have around and is siring some lovely sound puppies with beautiful heads and good bone, including res CC winner Barrenger Douglas Fir and our lovely girls - Barrenger Right About Turn & Barrenger Moonlight. He is the sire of our latest showpair Barrenger Beswick & Creamware
 Morgan is at stud to approved bitches whose owners can demonstrate a commitment to the breed.

‘Duncan’  (Bear Right at Barrenger x Barrenger Rowanberry)  is having a super show season.  He has now won his JUNIOR WARRANT & SHOW CERTIFICATE OF MERIT. Along the way he has :- 16 Firsts at Championship shows, Best Dog Puppy at Midland BHC Championship show, Best Puppy at LKA championship show, Eight Best of Breeds at Open shows, .BEST IN SHOW at the SE Hound Premier show  under Hound Specialist Mrs Dagmar Kenis Pordham.  And many Open show group wins and placings He has the energy, fun and character of his sire, Morgan & grandsire, Gullie.  .Duncan is at stud to approved bitches whose owners can demonstrate a commitment to the breed.

Bellecombe Romulus avec Barrenger

‘Romulus was bred by Grace Servais in Switzerland and we thank her for letting him come and live with us. He has a beautiful head with fine curling leathers, excellent reach of neck and a long deep ribcage. He carries some great American bloodlines and hope he will complement our lines.   Romulus is not at stud at present.
